For example how can you sell a house if you are not physically present to sell it?  If MSP lists your home we will be present for every showing.  Seems like commons sense to us, but it's not common practice in the idustry.  On the other hand if you hire MSP to help you buy your next home, we won't limit our search to MLS.  We'll look at expired and withdrawn listings, For Sale by Owners, leverage our contacts/relationships and go door to door if necessary to secure the perfect home for you.  

The Charlotte region is growing rapidly with many companies hiring and relocationg to the area.  MSP provides exceptional individual and corporate relocation services for our client/partners.  We work with employers throughout the country.   MSP is well-connected in the Charlotte region and has an extensive network of Relocation companies and brokerage firms throughout the U.S. with whom we work on a regular basis.

Individual Relocation

We assist individuals and families transferring to the Charlotte region as well as those moving to another city. If you are leaving our area, we will match you up with an agent who specializes in the city to which you are relocating. If you are moving to the Charlotte region, we will match you with an MSP agent who specializes in the part of town in which you are interested in living. 

Corporate Relocation

Whether a company needs assistance moving a couple families or a few dozen, we will provide one-on-one personalized service to ensure a smooth transition. Throughout the process, MSP will work with human resources personnel and your employees' families to provide the highest level of service.  We will develop a tailored Relocation Package and be available to answer any questions.
