At Meeting Street Properties, our mission is to be the leading real estate firm in the Charlotte region, by consistently providing the highest level of service and always exceeding our client/partners' expectations.  

Meeting Street Properties was founded in 2005 by native Charlottean, Jeremy Johnson.  The firm is named after the street address of Jeremy's first real estate purchase, an investment he still owns today.  The firm started as a vehicle for Jeremy's personal real estate investing, but has transformed into a boutque, full-service, residential real estate firm.  Today the firm is owned and operated by Jeremy and his wife Jessica, both licensed brokers in North and South Carolina.  

Jeremy and Jessica grew up in the Charlotte region and have experienced the tremendous growth and transformation of the region first hand.  They are active real estate investors in Charlotte and also own a popular restaurant in Ballantyne.  Jessica and Jeremy currently live in the same south Charlotte neighborhood where Jeremy grew up.  When they are not buying and selling houses, they are either chasing after their two kids, getting together with friends and family or reminiscing about the days when they actually had time to get in a work out.

Outside of real estate, Jeremy has spent 15 years in private equity and Merger & Acquisitions.  Unlike other real estate firms, MSP approaches the buying and selling of residential real estate the same way Jeremy learned to approach corporate M&A transactions.   Real estate agents typically earn a higher percentage of the deal than bankers in a corporate M&A transaction.  Shouldn't the service level be at least as high?  MSP believes so, and strives to go the extra mile to proactively execute every real estate deal as though is is our own.
